Hennops 4x4

Post by 2.8 d/cab SFA »

:D Was as hennops 4x4 on Sunday. Good time, but could not find the swimming place they advertise. Checked the picnic spot, no pool.
there was a light brown hilux 4x4 SFA, very neat. 2.2 sticker, but i think the engine was bigger. This guy must have done the trail before, because the one rocky climb he did not hesitate, just did it. There were landrovers before him that really struggled. They dug the ruts even further, I chose not to do the one section because of this. Any of you guys?

I believe the pool you are thinking of is actually down the road at Hennops pride

I agree Scooter, there is 2 hennops routes

The one is Hennops Pride, with braai area next to river and large swimming pool, very nice, and I like the trail more then the normal Hennops park trail, more things to do then just going up and down.

Just post the Thursday before you want to go, some guys like the short trips once in a while.
If you don't believe in yourself, how can someone ells ?

If you guys are up to it, I am going to Hennops pride this Sunday, costs is R90 per 4x4 and R40 per person, usually if I remember the max you pay if your 4 in the bakkie is R170. :D

I will be there from 9 ish.
