Depends ..... what age you perceive as being "ou toppies".Harold wrote:Seems like the 'ou toppies' are neck-and-neck wth the young 'okes' - maar vir hoe lank?
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.
Life is like a jar of Jalapeño peppers ... what you do today, might burn your ass tomorrow.
Don't take life too seriously ..... no-one gets out alive.
It's not about waiting for storms to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

I always thought the SFA was more of a young okes vehicle... something fairly cheap and rough that one doesn't have to take too much care if you scratch it or not!

Could also be that the "older" generation keep it as a toy and not primary/secondary vehicle....
At least that is what I do....

Re: Age profile of SFA forum
Perhaps, but my lux could almost be called a daily runner. If the early results of this poll can be considered, you will see that there is a definite drop off after about 50 yrs, probably mainly because of the comfort issue and perhaps also because of the probable maintenance issues being anticipated with older vehicles.Baasvark wrote:Could also be that the "older" generation keep it as a toy and not primary/secondary vehicle....
