Naand almal
Hoop hier is iemand wat my kan help. Ek en my beter halfde het gister uit meyerton na warden to vertrek en vanoggend die "scenic" roete deur na ballito. Toe ons in pietermaritzburg kom begin die clutch gly, sodra ek bietjie vet gee asook styl optraandes. Die is nou die eerste ver roete wat ons doen. Die clutch is nuut, nog nie eers 1000kms op nie.
Nou my probleem kom, ek moet weer by die huis uit kom om die ding uit te ruk.
Hoe nou?

Glo nie jy kan hom stel nie. Hoe lank gelede was die 2.5td motor conversion gedoen? Is die regte clutchplaat ingesit? Na my mening is daar een van drie redes dat hy gly ... in orde van waarskynbaarheid - pressure plate is gedaan / verkeerde clutch plate of pressure plate / clutchplate is gebrand.

Dink jy sal hom moet uithaal :thumbdown:

Hooplik is daar 'n forumlid in die omgewing wat sal kan help :think:

Onder 'n 1000km terug. Als gedoen soos hoppy (allen) gese het. 2.7 clutch met mazda pressure plate. Sal iets verkeerd loop as ek hom so huis toe ry, so 600km?

Hy sal net erger word tot op 'n punt waar jy nie meer sal kan ry nie - onthou jy dra ook 'n vrag so hy sal baie gly by opdraende, so ek wonder of jy dit tot by die huis sal maak. Als skade wat sal gebeur is jy sal pressure plaat, clutch en flywheel verder brand, hulle sal vervang moet word.

Ek dink dit sal beter wees as jy dit daar in die omgewing sal kan regmaak, miskien daar of in Durban. Ek het gehoop dat iemand van die omgewing hierdie thread raaksien, maar nou ja, dis weer a lang naweek.

Pos intussen jou cell nommer ingeval daar wel iemand is, dan kan hulle jou direk bel.

Ek kyk intussen of ek iemand kan kontak.

Jy kan die slave silinder voel op die clutch. Die pen moet bietjie los wees. As hy vas is beteken dit dat jou pressure plate nie heeltemal gerelease is nie. as hy vas is kan jy die pen uithaal en n bietjie korter grind en dan weer terug sit ( tot hy bietjie los is ). dit behoord jou te help. As hy los is en die clutch gly, is daar nie niks wat jy nou kan doen nie. hoop jy kry iemand om jou uit te sort.

Ek het op my KZTE verstelling by die pedaal. By die pen wat by die master silinder ingaan is daar 'n lock nut. Jy kan dan die pen verstel. Miskien is jy gelukkig en het joune ook verstelling.

Was toe by Johann van JJ Motors. Goeie mens en hy ken sy dinge. Glo hy sal 'n vrou ook kan reg maak. Gelukig was dit net die clutch se master cylinder. Het by die huis aangekom.

Bly om te hoor dat jy uiteindelik reg gekom het en dat dit ook nie 'n groot storie was nie. :thumbup: Ongelukkig is die vakansie daarmee heen, maar sulke goed gebeur dan af en toe .. wat sê hulle, as dit 'n rok dra of wiele het, gaan dit jou probleme gee! :D:
