There is a forum reader called Tapatalk for IPhone and Android phones it is however $2.99 for IPhone but free on the Samsung markets, BB is old technology

It's a bit concerning that the forum has slowed down dramatically with 20 or so users logged in... wonder why? From my side it's like the server is under a DOS attack!

Here in the West Coast, 12h00 on a Friday, most of the people are on their way home for the weekend.

Maybe we should try a better time for a forum record attempt, Like Tuesday lunchtime or something.

It used to be 20 minutes (IIRC) but he changed it to 1 minute a while back. That is how we got to that 76 user count at that stage

I say scrap the old record, set the snapshot to 1 minute and we can set new records!

When the old record was set the forum was running on the default setting which I think was 20 minutes at the time. Some people complained that the left the site but still show online and that is why I changed it to 1 minute, to get the online list more accurate.

Unfortunately I cannot scrap the old stat because if I reset the stats I also reset the stats on the number of views, etc
But hey, maybe Caskru can fiddle with the database and set the previous max to 2 and in the mean time I will also set the time period back to 1 minute

I would rather have a more accurate view of who is online and who not than impressive stats

Personally I preferred the faster refresh rate .... more accurate. Also if one posts something which is specifically aimed at one person while he / she is still online, a faster refresh rate gives a better idea whether they are still online.
