I bought a new jack from Auto Zone and I find it so nice that I thought I would share with you oaks, the price is also not to bad R330. What do you think?

It will be high enough. My jack-stands aren't any higher and I was able to drop both front and back axles out to do my shackle bushes ... and that's with OME suspension.

Dis omtrent 'n lekker jack daai, en jy het minder toerusting nodig wanneer jy werk. Die jack en die bokkies is alles in 1.
Ek gebruik gewoonlik 'n 2.5t trolley jack, maar dink so spannetjie sal lekker wees want jy kan vinnig-vinnig opjack sodat al 4 wiele in die lug is.

Heinrich, the idea is a good one, but I would never use a set of 4 to lift the whole vehicle up ..... it would be too unstable IMO. I don't believe that they were intended for that when I look at the construction. I would suggest that a pair be used at a time only for either the front or the back with two wheels on the ground at any given time.
