Is there nothing that can be done to knock toyota of their high horse.
I say we boycott toyota for a year. nobody buys a new toyota. Buy pirate spares instead.

It irks me when the 'big boys' use strong arm tactics against the little okes, it is after all we who are their customers. I believe Toyota to be on the wrong side of the fence with this one, and they should come to the party .... they can well aford it I'm sure.

the customer is king after all.
We should support the smaller companies more, like tata, gwm, channa etc.
it's only thru our support, will they become better and then we will have more competition.

I don't know - I own a vehicle from another brand (German) and believe me compared to the service my wife gets with her car at Toyota , Toyota is MILES ahead. :thumb up:
I can promise you this guy serviced his car at a backyard mechanic to save money while it was still under warranty and now that something has gone wrong he expects Toyota to honour the warranty, but I am just speculating , like Bennie said each story has 3 sides.
