Hi all. I have a previous post on the pictures only page, my ou Hilux. I would like to say thank you all for the warm reception I have received so far, it's awesome.
I went to Dirt and Dust on Saturday with my wife and son, Alex, and really enjoyed it. Dit was rerig lekker en rustig gewees. ons het ons gate uit geniet. baie dankie vir die voorstel.
Ek gaan Woensdag in vir my opperasie en sal vir 'n goeie paar weke nie iets soos dit weer kan doen nie, maar ek is bly ek kon dit doen voor die tyd.
ek sal maar sit en lees oor julle advontuure tot tyd en wyl.

Keep a lookout here on the forum .... sometimes these things come up for sale. Also contact "ultimate 4x4" and "Hybrid" here on the forum. They are commercial members that deal in used spares as well as new stuff, every now and then they strip a scrapped vehicle.

I went to GOMAD in Brackenfell to look for a air-box housing and they recommended A.E.W Auto.
Apparently Alan Venter is very good and specializes in SFA Hilux's.
Does anyone know of his workmanship?
He was very friendly and said he will try and source me an air-box and will help with a CV joint problem.
I am just asking as I don't want to leave my Lux with just anybody.
