Cos someone decided to hold on to his EFi Manifold and mount it on a shield with his other bokke heads :roll: :roll: :roll:

I'm getting just the "headers" and will be lining the passenger footwell behind dash and centre console with some lekker soundproofing material

I thought Bennie was going to get you another one. I like your idea of the sound-deadening, there is not much noise from the engine compartment, but the Sound of Silence is my goal too...

I have heard such conflicting reports: Some people swear by the standard 50mm pipe, others say the larger 57mm pipe gets rid of hot gases sooner and is better and I will regret changing to the standard size again, so I really don't know. After all is said and done, we can compare fuel consumption figures as well. I reckon my consumption figures will improve as time goes by because the engine is still tight and has only done about 6,000Km from new.

Have had a shocking week (no punn intented)

cos:

1. Am gatvol with the total re-wire I'm doing after a bogus Electrician took an Old Lady for a ride, the roofspace is seriously rat infested too:x :x :x
2. I lost my wallet yesterday; after driving my wife's Verso for the evening, I got caught out by the "gat on die pad factor"and managed to push up my wallet out of my jacket pocket on entering or exiting the car in the dark :x :x :x
3. So I lost my 2 x credit cards, ATM card, Drivers, Divers licence, fuel receipts, Invoice stc, etc - and a damn nice Black Calf Skin Penny Bag:x :x :x
4. The cherry on the cake was the "good people at Standard Bank" telling me that my accounts will ONLY be frozen for 5-7 days, after that I may "get my life back" hey :x :x :x

So guys if I owe you any Tom, sincere appologies for the next 5-7days, I can't even use my Internet Banking facility :x :x

Friday is my day-off and dedicated to my real life: my 2 boys, and not even the Facist, Capitalist, Money Robbing Corporate Bean Counters can stuff that up :D
