SFA hubbolts keeps coming loose ...
Since I have replace the two hubs (housings) both sets of bolts keeps coming loose and on both wheels. That is those sets of 6 bolts each, on the outer, and regardless of driving 4x4 or normal. Any idea(s) of why?

Where you lock/unlock the hubs - there are 6 small bolts and then more towards the rim there is another 6 nuts. What bugs me is that those nuts got tappered (spelling?) wedges in, so it should be difficult to come loose. My last hope is locktite but it still doesn't sounds right.

If it is the M8 studs that hold the alu hub assy there should be:
1. Nut
2. Collet(Cone washer)
3. Spring washer.
If the spring washer gets to the point where it cant lock ie go totally flat the nuts always comes loose.

Thanks Louis, I'll rather change all the springwashers then to make sure. But on the bolts issue (on the selectorplate) mine doesn't have any flat or springwashers !!! This is the way the garage has left it.
I think you have nailed the problem.

Yep, replace those spring washers .... the cone washers are re-usable.
