Took the plunge and bought it. Now to buy the car mount, have the maps loaded for road use, and then slot in the SD Card with Tracks.
It is an impressive unit. Did not see why the camera is important as you have in the 650.

The Montana is an excellent unit. About the closest thing Garmin has ever brought out to match the classic 276.

Was slightly perturbed that you have to buy the unit, and virtually everything else seperate from the next. Therefore it ain't just a one box purchase. It is a multibox, multi transaction process.
Johannes, I just love the unit. The interface just makes sense, and you can set up virtually everything to your personal taste.
