Arnize - Very ill son!

Soos julle mag weet is hy en sy vrou op pad na die Noorde van Zim (Mana en Matusa) vir 'n paar weke. Hulle het 10 dae terug vertrek en ek het hom Sondag gekontak om te hoor hoe dinge gaan(met hulle trip)? Hulle was toe in Pta, en sou Maandag vertrek.

Toek kry ek vandag die PM.

Slegte nuus. Ons moes gister inderhaas Kaap toe vlieg. Seun se toestand is kritiek. Ons waak by sy bed in die hospitaal. Hulle kan nie die virus identifiseer nie. Hy is meestal in 'n koma. Sal jou op hoogte hou.

Thys, nie gewoonlik as iemand se familie hospitaal toe gaan nie. Maar as dinge regtig erg word of 'n dood in die famielie dink ek on kan maar :thumbup:

This seems to be quite a common problem. Over the last year I have had two friends passing away due to similar diagnosis. Unable to ID virus.......

I just spoke with Arno's wife....... was a hesitant call :shock:

Anyway...good news! Their son is out of the coma and started responding late yesterday afternoon :thumbup:

She thanked all for their prayers :!:

Jammer dat ons nou eers reageer, maar dit was 'n onbeskryflike traumatiese week. Ons is by twee geleenthede deur die dokters gese dat ons ons moet voorberei vir die ergste. Soos almal van julle wat kinders het sal weet, is dit nie iets wat 'n ouer wil hoor nie. Daar het egter Dinsdag middag tussen half vier en vieruur 'n wonderwerk voor ons oe gebeur, toe iemand wat onbewus was van wat om hom aangaan, sy oe oopmaak en vir sy ma se "Ek is nie meer warm nie." Ek kan nou 'n lang storie vertel, maar ek wil net twee goed noem:
Eerstens glo ek nie aan wonderwerke nie, maar medisyne alleen sou nie hier gewerk het nie. Baie dankie aan almal vir julle gebede en meelewing.
Tweedens moet die teenwoordigheid van 'n Ma in 'n oomblik van krisies in 'n kind se lewe nie onderskat word nie.
Nogmaals baie dankie aan almal. Ons is in Punda en sal laat weet hoe dit verder verloop.
