HennieThe Toyota Owners Family Fun and Record Day kindly invites the Land Cruiser Club - Southern Africato be part of the Guinness World Record attempt taking place at the South African Air Force Museum – Swartkops Air Force Base 22 May 2010
All in the name of family fun and a new Guinness World record: These are the most important reasons for the biggest Toyota vehicle owners event in the history of South Africa to take place at the Swartkops Air Force base in Centurion in less than a month.
On Saturday 22 May Toyota owners will gather in their masses for the first annual Toyota owners Family Fun and Record Day hosted by the South African Air Force Museum. They invite all Toyota owners, no matter how old or what shape Toyota, as long as it is a Toyota, to take part in this fun filled day where a new Guinness Record will be attempted. Apart from the main record for the most individually owned Toyota vehicles at the same place at the same time, a few other record attempts will take place in the different vehicle categories. Participants can also look forward to some unique Toyota vehicles that will be showcased as well as a number of challenges involving Toyotas.
This day however is not only about the vehicles, but also about the vehicle owners and their families. There will be lots of entertainment on the day for both young and old. The impressive South African Air Force Museum will also be open for participants and their families to visit for free. Other entertainment includes a children specific play area, go-karts, hangers where people can relax and watch rugby and Exhibitors.
Participants will only have to pay R100 per vehicle while entry per person is free. Entry fee includes a DVD of the Record day and a percentage of the money will go towards a charity organisation.
