Family_Dog wrote:No problem here, using Firefox.

The following works with FF, not sure about other browsers:

1. Hold down the <Ctrl> key.
2. Thne rotate the Mouse wheel (between the two levers) and you should be able to adjust the size of the view on your screen accordingly.

I never had to do that, the forum width never changed for me at all.

Neither for me Eric but I believe you also have wide screens both at home and the office as do I. Or you are running a resolution high enough. I believe that if your resolution is lower than 800x600 you will most definitely have this happening

What is your screen resolution set to Andy?

I never noticed because my screen is wide.
Cassie, I nether thought of that. Actually everything on the side of the banner will be a problem. The banner is 728 pixels wide and normally you design a page on 800 pixels wide to cater for smaller screens. So if we put something on the side of the banner the site will be a problem for smaller screens.

Perhaps those two links can be fitted into on of the spaces above ..... you already have a flashing link to Join the club, do we need the logo? Maybe barking mad can fit in there as well?

I take my hat off to you gents !

Now all the pages seems to fit width wise, even this Quick Reply window.

PS - My home laptop is also a wide screen jobbie, and it had the width issue as well.

Ek het ook nie want ek werk by die werk op 1680x1050 en hier by die huis op 1920x1020. So by my lyk dit nogal heel snazzy.
