I see we are still saying date suggestion ? is it not set already by the booking?

Martin you reckoned you booked for ten vehicles, but that there is space for more, was just wondering if that is the case as a mate is getting his LC today and might like to join us to test it out.
But he will only know after a few days of driving etc whether he feels strong enough to take it on a trail or not. So he may only accept on the weekend or so. Will that be a problem?

The way there: Take the N4 through Rustenburg. 2km after Moedvil turn right at the sign ('Hoë Bome'). 8km on Turn left and at a T-junction. Karee-Krans's signboard is 800m on your right.

GLO MY!!!!!

Have we got a starting time for Saturday? We won't make it on Friday, but will sleep over Saturday.

Are quads welcome? Big noisey ones that go to bed at sunset....

Ditto on the start time? have the reigns been handed over to anyone for the organising of this weekend?

Thanks Louis. On the map that Geoff posted, it shows two routes, one going through Rustenburg and the other through Koster. Both are the about the same length even though the koster one looks longer.

Perhaps Geoff can shed some light on the two routes for us?

Hi Scot

No special reason at all. I do not like using the same route twice so always try and find an alternative. Either way is ok. I went there via Rustenberg and came back via Koster

I spoke to Robert, The booking is still in Place as Martin arranged for us.

Some Good news for the Quads, you can bring them along, only utility quads are allouwed on the 4x4 track, the other once can make use of the quad track they have.

My sel 0834464683

Sien almal more aand of Saterdag Oggend

      :D:

And this is for the guys that wanted to go but cant:

GLO MY!!!!!

Sommer Liefde se cheapie gegryp, myne iewers 'weg' gepak.

Thanks for a great weekend everyone, but next time you must come and do the trail from back to front, lot more fun, and I think there would have been some escape routes taken, but me and Louis did it , although I struggled more after he let it look so easy every time.

Rampie, after going to the third garage to fill both White Fang & Bulldog (the other two had no ULP), I noticed a very dirty Ramkat at the Car Wash c/o Buffelsdoorn & Platan, but no Rampie! It seems you must have had an interesting trip nonetheless, judging by all the mud & dirt on Ramkat!

I was there for over half an hour while they filled Bulldog, I'm going to have to do something about the filler cap, took two attendants to do so and the second one could not believe his eyes at the amount of petrol that was going in.

Sorry I missed you this morning, dropped ramkat off there and only fetched him 'bout 1h30pm. Spent a lovely afternoon on the shooting range yesterday, managed to get the rifles shot in and found a dam with a glorious mudhole. Even K played in it!

Great week!!
