diesel knock

Hi all
I have a 2006 toyota vigo, pretty much since i bought it 5 years ago iv had the same problems, Diesel knock which leads to stalling and jeep breaking down, originally when it happened i replaced the injectors, cleaned out the fuel tank and replaced fuel filter, and for a time it was ok, but it has seemed to have started acting up again, i have noticed that the fuel looks dirty so i again took out the tank,at a closer look it seems that oil is some how making its way into the fuel tank, would anyone have any idea who this is happening? in general the jeep isnt smoky, no blue smoke or white, . any help or advice is welcome, thanks
