Alarm remote

Good day guys can someone please tell me if and how to program a xhorse key with the standard alarm system of the 2.7 hilux 1998 model i have the original remote but its dead new batteries nothing works its past its life . So i baught and cut the key bakkie starts and all but want to be able to lock and arm the alarm without taking out original system thanx in advance
