Hi all.

has anyone had a problem with their actuator on the GD6 hilux?

My vehicle started by refusing to activate the 4H and 4L, when I turn it to 4H it just flashes but you can feel & hear that it engaged 4H but doesn't stop flashing as a result you I cant activate 4L or disengage 4H.

Now all it does is write an error message saying "2WD-4WD CHANGE MODE MALFUNCTION SEE DEALERSHIP"

UPDATE: My ABS light is also on, I realized my bearing needs to be replaced as it's worn out ,could that be a potential cause as the Actuator is clean?

Have you found what caused the probelem with your 4x4 not engaing? Have the same problem since June 23, have looked at actuator at transfer case, electricals on switch and to there as well as someone removing front one, but I suspect fornt one the mechanic did not check if the fork is moving when it was out.
