RSI and Frontrunner mountings for high-lift jack

I have a 2010 D4D D/C with RSI Canopy and frontrunner slimline roofrack.
I also have a High-lift jack with Frontrunner Mountings.
However, I can not open my wing doors when the high lift Jack is mounted.
Now I have tried Frontrunner website for solutions, but I do not see anything.
Anyone here with the same setup and had this sorted?
Any advice will really be appreciated.
