Rough idle 2012 3.0 D4D auto

Hi guys. We moved to the UK 3 years ago and after a rough ride in a MazdaCX 5, I’m back in my beloved Hilux. I have the 3.0 auto D4D which I look forward to getting into each day except for:

When she’s warm, she experiences rough idle when in drive or reverse. This is to say, when I arrive at a robot and stop, the engine idles irregularly like it is on the verge of stalling( it never does stall). If I slip it into neutral she returns to normal idle. She drives beautifully. Fuel consumption seems normal and other than the rough idle under load, I can’t fault her.

The following has been replaced:
Egr valve
Engine coolant temperature sensor
Maf sensor
Diaphram filter on map sensor
Throttle body

There are no apparent air leaks on the intake side. The fuel injectors have been removed and tested by Bosch approved workshop and all ok. It’s such and insignificant issue but a huge irritation.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

is that something different to the suction control valve?
I had my SCV replaced after machie plugged in laptop and saw some variances in the pressure or something like that.
No rough idling though. Just a precautionary thing.

so from this I'm assuming it has something to do with auto box.
maybe the gearbox oils (is it some sort of viscous oils i'm geussing) that not good anymore and when heats up... it's trying to exgange the clutch :?:
