Reach for a Dream Fundraising Event 10 March 2018

The Hilux4x4 Club will participate in the RFAD Fundraising event on 10 March 2018.
I posted details about RFAD and the event below.
We do have a team who indicated that they will participate and hopefully they will all confirm by the end of this coming week.
Besides having a great team we also need some supporters. It is the ideal day to take the family out for the day.

"4X4 FAMILY DAY 2018: ANNUAL FUNDRAISING EVENT
The Reach For a Dream foundation (“RFAD”) has been fulfilling dreams of children between the ages
of 3 and 18 years, who have been diagnosed with various life threatening illnesses, for the last 29
years. Childhood can be (and should be) one of the most magical phases of human existence, yet for
children diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, the magic of childhood may be lost in the emotional,
physical and financial strain that families go through during this period.
Our foundation (RFAD) aims to alleviate some of this burden which often affects the whole family, by
creating a different environment for the child – one that is not focused on his/her illness. We would
like our children to find laughter again and therein find the strength to live beyond their illnesses.
So to support the funding initiatives of the above, RFAD has decided to have their annual 4x4 Day
fundraising event on Saturday 10 March 2018. This promises to be a fun filled day for 4x4 drivers and
their families & friends by offering a 4x4 challenge, as well as food, drinks and entertainment for the
kids. This event has taken place for the last 8 Years and attendance has always been very strong with
space for 100+ vehicles plus their friends and families."
