Hi Guys,
Looking for a decent campsite or B/B in the Letlkhane / Orapa / Mopipi area. Going to CKGR for the first time. Passage pan for the first night. Don't know the road conditions and want to have plenty of time to get there. Couldn't stomach Khama Rhino sanctuary again. Biggest ripoff ever if only sleeping over.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Campsite en route to CKGR.

Hi Brian,
Agree with you about the Rhino Sanctuary.
We stay at Ithumela at Palapya which is at the turn off from the main north/south road.
It is on the eastern side of town and seems to be a shady area, but neat and clean. Just don't get there after 16:00 when the traffic is hectic ubtil after 18:30.
Have stayed there twice and was happy on both occasions.
Could also find no accommodation anywhere west from here along that route returning from Kubu Island which is also a rip off.
Safe travels and enjoy.
