w114 lexus v8 conversion

Good day
I have 1971 Mercedes w114 column shift which I am planning to do conversion to Lexus v8 with automatic box. I would like to know if it is possible that the engine can fit . I would like to find out if any one has done a project like this before. and if any one know reliable mechanic who can do it for me in a reasonable prise but a good clean job. estimate labour cost and material cost. what need to be done.
