Cruiser FJ45 project

Hi All
I may start a new project on a FJ45 Cruiser and one of the ideas is to change the engine - has anyone fitted either a D4D or Prado V6 engine into a FJ45??
The vehicle is running, but I intend to strip it completely and redo
I don't think space is a problem and engine mountings can be / will be modified.
Wiring will be completely redone aswell.
where can one get an adaptor for the bell housing to fit either engine
if I go with the D4D, can the intercooler be moved to the front of the vehicle next to the radiator - don't want to make a bonnet scoop.
