Reach for a dream has come around again. Last year we entered and it was a great day out for a brilliant cause.

Hallo Quentin. Was op Reach for Dream se website. Kry nie hulle aansoek vorm afgelaai nie. Net hulle reëls en aanwysing. Is Base 4 dieselfe plek by Hennops waar ons laasjaar gery het. As jy die vorm het, kan jy dit vir my aanstuur met PM. Baie dankie.

Why do the dates differ on the Indemnity and Waiver?

If you can like to be camping you need to indemnify yourself for the weekend we can like to going only on the 12th.

Uit die reëls van RFAD aangehaal is die volgende;

Scrutinizing
Scrutinizing will be done by a very experienced off road enthusiast so be warned he will check everything!
 Medical kit
 Recovery kit including shackles rated ropes and safety bridals
 Front and rear recovery points fastened with a min of 8.8 rated bolts
 No grab hook recovery points will be accepted
 Fire extinguisher
 Non alcoholic fluids for every occupant
 Valid license disk on the vehicle
 Valid driver’s license for the vehicle class
 Operational seat belts.

Hoe streng is hulle daarmee, twee van dit het ek nie - "safety bridals" en "rear recovery points". "Safety bridals" kan ek seker koop, nie 'n probleem nie. Maar ek het geen plek waar ek die "rear recovery points" kan opsit nie. My "towbar" is standaard ingestalleer deur Toyota. Is dit 'n probleem of hoe. Gaan hierdie reëls dieselfde geld by Bridgestone 4x4 Challenge.

Guys they are not very strict, last year it was a case of do you have this do you have that, they did not check properly as it is a fun day. If something is missing you just lose a couple of point. In your recovery kit also have some gloves they like gloves.

At the Bridgestone they are more strict, you will be penalized if your vehicle does not conform.

There are plenty more rules, the rules can also change from obstacle to another.
We will be updated with all the rules and regulations.
