I have turned it on and don't see anything happening,

Bernard, you need to re-size your images in order to post them here - small.

but you can still view the images with a bit of a sukkel but doable.
in anyway that switch is definitely aftermarket.
either for a 2nd batt or spots or maybe a hidden nos bottle :)

Definitely aftermarket. Could have been used for a number of things like roof mounted spots, light bar, rear spots, fridge/freezer connection. Most of these would have been done via a solenoid or relay. The switch is still connected to live (the LED still lights up), perhaps you can hear a 'clicking' sound from a relay when switching it on and off? Otherwise pop it out and trace the wiring to see where it leads to. Don't remove it, it's handy for when you want to do one of the above mentioned add-ons. :winkx:

Is it not perhaps an aftermarket switch for your diff lock?

Bernard, just use the "Image Resize" BB code that's available above the text box when posting from Tapatalk. They will then automatically resize. :winkx:

Not even a crowbar opens the passenger side drinks holder
