I decided to start a new thread for the planning and setup of the obstacle.
Please indicate whether you will be able to assist on the dates below. If you are unable to assist on all the days please indicate which dates you will be available. This excludes the actual date of the event where we require 4 marshals to assist.
The programme for obstacle building will be as follows:
Saturday, 27 July – Allocate obstacles to teams and allow for discussions as to what the teams plan.
Saturday, 3 August – Teams build obstacles.
Saturday, 10 August – Scrutineering of obstacles by Land Rover Owners Club and Land Rover Experience, Gerotek and adjustments to be made where necessary.
Please also let us know if you will be able to assist with banner tape, droppers etc. However we will only know what we will require once we have been issued an obstacle and we have decided what we are going to do on the day.

Wag om te hoor hoe laat ons daar kan wees om te begin. Vermoed dit gaan either 8am of 9am wees. Bring maar grawe, hammers, byle en pikke... of enige iets wat julle kan dink mens kan gebruik om obstacle te bou.
PS: Ek het klaar droppers bestel en dit word Woensdag af gelewer. Gaan intussn conduit koop ook.

Most of the work will be done this Saturday. On the 10th they are going to check all obstacles then the building must be complete
