Noise on engine
Hi there,Toyota 3F Landcruiser,engine was done but still have a terrible noise on it,when it starts it is quiet but the minute the oil reaches the tappets it starts to make a terrible rumbling noise.changed oil pump,reset tappets etc.please help.

Pull the spark plug leads off one by one while it is idling, see if the noise goes away on one of them, try to pinpoint wich cylinder is the culprit
