In the UK the nanny state seem to have changed the rules so that most of the usual sources for winch/recovery bumpers / bull bars have disappeared. The only alternative is to import one from RSA or Oz !
However, I've found these people who seem to be able to make them to order. http://www.leylandfabdesign.co.uk/products.asp
