On Friday I collected my new Xtra Cab.
MAN, what a vehicle!
It has some double cab extras like trip info, 4 speakers, extra reading lights etc.
It also pulls better than my previous 3.0 D4d and its not even run in yet.

Ek is wel geskok om te sien dit is in Thailand gebou - selfs die battery is Thai!
Die owner's manual sluit oorsese modelle in "Smartcab", wat die extra cab is met die klein deure.
En ek is ook teleargesteld dat hy nie n bee-sting aerial het nie, maar die ou wiplash aerial... pynlik met bome en garages ens...

I reported else where on this forum that the clutch has had a shudder since new... I'm waiting as I type this at Toyota in SSB while the 10 000kms service is being done. I asked them to check "clutch shudder" and they've just informed me they'll have to replace the clutch kit under warranty.
VERY COOL.

Hulle maak die bakkies darem nie meer soos die ou SFA's nie. Moes my bakkie se koppelaar eers op 235000 kilos vervang. :twisted:

Ek dink darem nie dis n algemene probleem nie - ek het op my vorige 3.0 D4d die clutch eers op 202 000kms vervang en NET oordat die release bearing geraas het - daarby gese dink hy het so 10 000kms oor gehad.
