Howzit Gary
I have set of Maxtrek SU-800 on my lux. And is must say, they are really not bad. From sometimes driving like a hooligan at speed, to sand and rock, no complaints so far !

Gary I think you got ripped off, big time :lol: :lol: :lol: R500.00 a tyre....

Wow, that's for for nothing!

The reviews say you get good km on the tyres and a good all round tyre :thumbup:

Sounds like you got yourself a good deal. Looking at the tread I can understand why they are more quiet.

well would like to hear if there is any further feed back on these, as me about to fit a set on the jeep

they look similar to the Nankang that I have on the bakkie
and they are the way easier to pay for then a set of Mitchlins

http://www.satyre.co.za/product%20photo ... SU-800.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

plan on getting the 235 65 17 and the best price so far R 1389 each fitted inc

comments and feed back would be great

reason for posting on an existing thread, Google brought me here!! :lmao:

I've got 4 x used Maxxis Bighorn M/T's for you with about 50% tread left. But they are 33's. R3k.

Hi Tersmit

I have bought Maxtrek SU-800 265/70/R15 tyres for my Hilux bakkie. May you kindly assist with pressure levels that you have been using, I noticed that they are rated 250 KPa as the maximum.

Hi. 265/60/R18 Maxtrek SU800. Terrible result on Hilux . Too soft. Looks deflated on 2.2 presssure . Motion movement left to right , feels like riding 45 degrees over surf . Started off good but after 3 days it turned out bad
Changed to Goodyear Wrangler immediately and problem gone .
My son has similar tyre but other size on his Jeep Grand Cherokee and on his car they doing fine
