how much lift needed

I have a spare set BFG's mud terains 32x11.5 R 15 from my ex cruiser that i want to fit,will TJM suspension give enough lift or is a body lift needed,have any body done this or any advice appreciated.O it is the 4.0L outo DC

spoke to Alan Venter on this a while back he said with the standard rims on and the suspension kit it should work.

Kattie, it will work with an OME Suspension lift. However under extreme flex the wheels will scuff.

I was quoted 17-000 for OME there is no way im paying that i dont think its worth that amount of money thats why im going for TJM got a price of 10-000 for complete set,anyway thanks for the feedback everyone,where can i contact Uys

You should try SA4x4 store also here on the forum his pricing is quite good

okay first upgrade underway will receive TJM suspension and TJM bullbar on thursday,jippeee can't wait,then installing it saturday,woohoo

Okay suspension is in and bullbar is on looking great like a 4x4 should.But here is the bad news,that 15'' wheels dont go over the calipers,the 16'' barely clears the calipers so the mud terains is for sale will look monday at prices for 16'' mud terains.Going to test the suspension tomorrow in the dunes

Hi. I fitted the BF Goodrich 235/85/16 to my SRX on stock suspension. It only touches on full compression on the inside of the chassis rail at full lock. Will be curing this with a 50mm lift. Great tyre, just a bit noisy on tar though. But hey, who gives a s@*&t! They eat mud for breakfast..... :thumbup:

Jis Frank ek het 6000 betaal vir die bande en 4800 vir die rims.Die spaarwiel is splinter nuut,twee bande is nog baie goed ten minste 90%-95% en ander twee sal ek se so 85% ek sal later n foto opsit as jy wil kyk hoe dit lyk.Ander ding is vervoer jy gaan betaal dat dit bars vanaf walvis gouteng toe
