Good one! My 2.7 is a 1999 model and has only 44,000Km on it - this is the reason why it is sulking....

My 1995 2.4 SRX(22R) Raider(4x2) had 44000km on the clock when I bought it 4 years ago,the previous owner had only used it for short distance trips on weekends.Once I did a few long distance trips the performance and fuel consumption improved quite lot.It now has 183000km on the clock and has given me very few problems.

Hi Simon!
He still uses it, came to visit us yesterday with his hilux.
He complains about the fuel consumption(to heavy, used to the Isuzu), and it drives to hard.
Sell it? NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Who can beat this record?
You cannot beet that, My dad had a 1993 Hilux 1800 SRX swb, And it was the best bakkie I ever drove also low km, it performes excellent you could
drive it of the speedo as it only went to 160km/h was not to thirsty and handled well, easy to manouver with the short wheel base, I now drive a 2008
raider 2.7 but still misses that old 1800, no nonsense no frills evryday bakkie. My 2.7 is not must faster that the 1800 use to be so I can immagine the
2.2l drove like a dream.
