Will 31x10.5x15 BFG AT's fit on a stock Legend 35?

Hi all,
Busy organising new tyres for my std Hilux Legend. Currently running 255/70/15's. I have been told by two drivers that the 31x10.5x15 tyre's wont fit without a suspension upgrade and that i should go for 30x9.5x15's.
Do you agree?

I have run 31's on a SFA with no mods, but am now enquiring about running these on a Legend (IFS) - i see that Pietpetoors has 31's on his IFS but not sure if he has after market suspension fitted. Will PM him

I finished a set on my Legend 35, no problems.

HounDog runs 31" Duelers without any problems at all. Standard springs, OME shocks.

Normal driving wont be a problem.I got 30" on my Legend and with a bit of artriculation,it catches the mudflaps.

I think the problem with mine is the 30mm offset on the rims.

I had 31x10.5x15 Yokohama Geolanders omn my 2.7i. The tyres did rub slightly when turning the wheels all the way to the left or right. But not a problem really.

Thanks for the feedback received to date. I saw a stock DC 4x2 Legend running on 31 BFG's this weekend, so it should as you mention be fine, with rubbing only taking place when you turn very sharply.
