Who is your gunsmith?

More commonly referred to as gunsmurfs... I can sit for hours watching a good gunsmith plying his trade.

Just as I seek the best possible place to have work done on my vehicles that I can afford, I also pay the same attention to the person who works on my guns.

I've come across a brilliant gunsmith George Scheepers and have never been happier with the condition of all my weapons.

For air-rifles, Neels Langenhoven, formally worked at Hot Power Krugersdorp(Retired). For any custom work Gary Barnes currently at Ermelo Wapens. Handguns goes to Rescomp in PTA. Normal smurfing tasks Bill Ritchie in Florida, like scope fitting blueing etc....

Ek het vir Gary barnes leer ken toe was hy by Natal gun company saam met Alan Henry. 'n Vriend van my het 'n 458 laat bou by hulle. Vir my is dit beter dat hy by JJ is dit is so bietjie nader as KZN.

Voordat hy Ermelo toe is, het hy ongelukkig sy vingers gebrand met 'n ander vennoot in Johannesburg.

Maar ja, gelukkig is hy by JJ, en sy werk is ongelooflik goed.
