Fitting Rear Seatbelts to Bench Seats

Hi Forumites

SInce the primary reason for getting the D/Cab was to be able to take all the offspring along with me in the vehicle, one major drawback I found is a distinct lack of seatbelts in the rear. I am assuming 91 was pre the legal requirement for these?

Any suggestions on the best way to fit/have some fitted?

Do a search(top right), IIRC there was a thread about this, F_D knew of a supplier of new rear belts and storks... there are already threaded re-inforced mounting points for rear seat belts, just got to find/uncover/clean them!

Thanks Mr B....I came across the thread on the supplier when searching, just couldn't figure out where to bolt them down. Off for a look now.

And found all the holes there as promised . They still have the factory fitted little black stickers over them!! Man I am more impressed with the vehicle everytime I find things like this.

On my Opel even the essential bits don't seem to stay in place after 100 thousand k's
