Camp sites recently visited

Campsites we recently stayed at:

Dube Private Game Lodge: near Brits. Saw no game, but then we arrived in the late afternoon and left early the next morning. Bird life in abundance.

Kruger Park – Skukuza camp:
Probably one of the best sites - (24.99575 31.59363)
An the end of the top terrace, only one way in – shady and relatively private.

Marlothi Safari Park: near Komatipoort. (25.34937 31.78604)
Each camp site has its own ablution facility and small kitchen with fridge and two plate gas burner.
Road in from the Komatipoort side very corrugated and pitted as it has been pounded by large cane lorries. Entrance from the western side via Hectorspruit much better.
Excellent game viewing within Marlothi Park and along the river road where we saw large numbers of elephant. The area is currently very dry.
