Oil for 2.4 GD-6
Good day. I have a Hilux 2017 2.4 GD-6 just recently acquired. I cant find what engine oil to use to replace or top up. Can anyone here advise or direct me please? Thanks and a Happy New Year.

Any good quality multigrade diesel oil will work. I have not had to service my 2.8 GD6 but only used Caltex Delo 400 on my D4D. I serviced my bakkie from 100 000 kilos till 310 000. The guy who bought it is now servicing it and it has done in excess of 450 000 kilos.

So It has done over 190000 km. Should I use a 15W-40? At auto shop they sold me 5W-40.
