I have a set of steel rims that I would like to powder coat.
Has anyone done this.
Any advice will be greatfull

It can be done. The old Smiths wheels were powder coated. It is a durable finish if done properly. The rims will need to be fully sandblasted before. You are more limited in your choice of colours than spray painting. The guys who do mag repairs simply spray paint them.

I would get more quotes.
Sounds extremely expensive. I had my bull bar sand blasted and powder coated - cost me R500.
Shop around a little.
