Morning,
I ordered a nudgebar/bullbar for my Rhino bar.
The one they send to me does not fit 100%. It overlaps the white on the sides of the chrome middle piece.
Is their anyone that has the same Issues or had done this...

Eish! Doesn't look so lekker! It's obviously a manufacturer's fault and I would take it / send it back with an explanation of the fault before you drill any mounting holes.
If the mounting brackets that are welded to the inside of the pipe ends are recessed enough to shave 5mm off each end of the bar, it wouldn't overlap any more - however, if the bar is chromed it will rust from there .... if the bar is stainless then it can be done.

Hmmmm .... they have a quality control problem. Why not just get someone to make one up for you in stainless?
