Gearmax m80 rear oil seal

Good Day Gents,

Hope all the members are well. Went playing at Dust&Dirt on the weekend and after parking the vehicle at home I saw oil on the driveway. Its leaking from from the rear diff at the back, where the prop meets.

Is it just a simple job of removing the rear prop and and u-joint flange and replacing the seal? Any special tools needed and must I get the seal from Gearmax or will any bearing place stock it?
