3rd of October Hilux vs Cruiser
Please post only your name if attending.
We have agreed on a date for the 2 clubs get together, which will be the 3rd of October (Saturday) at Henops 4x4 trail, where we are going to have a fun day type of GTG / Challenge. We agreed that this will be more like a drive & visit so we can get to know the guys from the other club & for them to get to know us. I think is going to be great as I spent 4 to 5 hours with them last night, and I must say it was really great & friendly.

The quiet before the storm?
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.
Life is like a jar of Jalapeño peppers ... what you do today, might burn your ass tomorrow.
Don't take life too seriously ..... no-one gets out alive.
It's not about waiting for storms to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.
And be yourself ..... everyone else is taken!

Re: 3rd of October Hilux vs Cruiser
The time is 8:45 for a 9:30 departure and will want to try and finish between 12 and 1pm.
Hubert gave us R20 discount per vehicle so the day charges will be R200 per vehicle.

Hi all,
Camp Loerie has been booked for us (nice picknick area with 3 braais) so you can go before hand and setup your gazebo and unload a bit of stuff from your vehicle. The R200 is per vehicle and a vehicle can have 4 people inside.

To my utter disbelief and disappointment, the Lux won't be ready for this tomorrow
I'm really sorry for such short notice, was hoping that work would be completed by now but seems not.
All the best, fly the Club flag high!

Re: 3rd of October Hilux vs Cruiser
Sal later weer probeer.

Re: 3rd of October Hilux vs Cruiser
i must say it was a very enjoyable day. the cruiser club is really a great bunch of guys and seems a bit more organised than us
handing out packs of biltong and cooldrinks afterwards.
also all of them had their cruiser club caps on and I even saw them dishing out caps to some cruiser guys that didn't have caps. why don't we have that ? I know we have hilux club gear but not everybody knows about it. cant we get a sticky thread for ordering hilux club gear ?
