Would it not be a good idea to add another one at the top to eliminate unnecessary wear/heat buildup or is there a more technical reason for doing it this way? :)

Fortuner/Hilux brakes
Why is it that the Fortuner/Hilus brakes only have one "spring" at the bottom of the two pads to push them away from this disc when not in use?
Would it not be a good idea to add another one at the top to eliminate unnecessary wear/heat buildup or is there a more technical reason for doing it this way? :)

Die is sommer 'n foto van die Internet maar het al baie gesien wat onder is....myne is ook onder.
Ek verstaan net die hoekom daar net een moet wees nie. As mens na die pad kyk kan mens sien dat die wear nie 100% even is nie.

Vreemd, ek het paar fotos gesien van die Hilux/Vigo/Fortuner op Google wat net onder het. Kan ook nie sien hoekom daar net onder so spring moet wees nie :)
