I need to know the book value of a Hilux as in the topic that has done around 244k kms with full service history.

My guestimate is around R75-80 book value but real value is priceless!!!!




But you can expect at least R100k in the open market and if really in superb condition maybe even R125-150?

These toy's dont sell for the prices in that book,,,that book only helps for insurance purpose's to screw you in any case..agree what Thabo have said as well

this is why i'm not even considering the KZTE. It's so over priced. Compared to Colt... same year model, same specs, and colt is more fuel efficient and they both give head problems.

The toyota coolant running thru my veins yearns for KZTE, but damn... R125- R150K vs R50 - R80K. Not just purchase price but insurance only going to pay out R80K for vehicle i paid R150K a day ago (if u were so unlucky to have it stolen day after you bought it)

Nostalgia does not help the bank balance.

Only problem is you'll then be stuck with a Colt....

I paid R40k over book for my KZ. Would do it again too
