Toyota Hotness!!
So I've recently been told that Toyota makes such boring cars, and thought let's start this thread.
The general idea is to post some pictures of hot Toyota's, please share your favorite models.
I'll start by posting a few pictures with the help of Speedhunters.
Enjoy!

Re: Toyota Hotness!!
How many of those were available in SA?
You can make any car "un-boring", but how did they drive in std trim?
The twin cam 16 was there first attempt at a "Hot hatch", beautiful Yamaha motor, but the suspension was still the same as granny's corolla and a std City Golf could kick it's ass on any piece of road that's not dead straight. There party piece was a super hot speedo, it showed 200 if you're not even doing 180.
The Sr5 is one of my favorite Toyota body styles and i am in the market for one (like the black one with the blower), i had one many years ago.
Any Toyota is reliable and bullet-proof, hat's why we buy them, but unfortunately we have to make them exciting, they don't come that way.
On the other hand, i would really like an 86, that's an exciting car, but i'll have to add a Turbo and proper wheels.

Re: Toyota Hotness!!
I had a MR2 turbo and that little car is a monster in its standard form. The only car that scared the pants off me whin it spun out on a corner that is known for diesel being spilled on it by the tow truck drivers. I only found that out after I spun out on that corner and ended up on the pavement quite close to a tree.Hoppy wrote:How many of those were available in SA?

Re: Toyota Hotness!!
A friend of mine owns one, drove it on Kilarney, what an excellent vehicle, the 4sGTE is a gem of a motor, nice neutral handling, but unfortunately they were never sold in SA.
