We are going to Moegatle tommorrow and there are still a place or two available on this guided tour via the course..

We visited Moegatle and it is a fabulous trail. We should definatally do this trail as a Hilux event in the future, maybe after it rained as it is very dry now. Check out this link for pictures:

It was hot there but I do not think 43 deg :? I think the 43 deg that Herman refered to is the incline on the bottom of that groot klip. :shock: :shock: :shock: Once up there we all looked down at the bottom and thought to ourselves. Why oh why did we ever agree to go up there? because now we had to go down again. The down was way more scary then up. Felt like going down a drop on the big dipper.

Heh... I won't tell you how I felt about going down Elephant Hill at Berakah... I only went down it because I had to get down somehow or else I would still be sitting up there. I don't like heights to start off with (vertigo), and especially when they are narrow, banked the wrong way and look as scary as hell.

I am a 'touring 4x4'er rather than a 'hard-core 4x4'er looking to meet his Maker sooner than expected... :mrgreen:

But I survived :P
