Hi All.
From what I understand, I should be averaging between 9 to 10km/litre in town with my bakkie. I battle to get 8.2km/litre. Taken her to Toyota and they checked the fuel pump, injectors and reset the computer box. All is in perfect order, but no improvement. They do reckon it's odd. Any advice? In town I drive 60 to 80km/hr and on the highways +-120km/hr; GPS speed. Of is die 8.2km/litre min of meer reg?

As ek dit reg het, is die "automatics" bietjie swaarder op sous as 'n handrat.

Ummm......8.2km/liter in die Dorp is volgens my heel goed vir enige bakkie.
Of mis ek iets?

Re: Fuel Consumption
That's more or less the same as my consumption, problem is it is even worse doing long distance at 120km/h - struggle to get 8, sometimes even down to 7.2.
Much worse than my two previous bakkies (2007 and 2010 models)

Post a pic of your bakkie. There is quite a few things that could influence your fuel consumption.

Re: Fuel Consumption
I think that your consumption sounds very reasonable under virtually any circumstances.
