Hulp benodig met FM Antenna asb
Dagse Luxers,
Ek het op 3 Radio's afgekom in die vuilgoed kamer by my skoonpa se kompleks
Dis Kenwood VHF FM Tansceiver's (model TK-715)

The antenna needs to be trimmed to the radio,if incorrect it will overheat and cause damage. You can put power to it without an antenna but do not transmit.Don't push to talk

These are "Trunked" radios operating outside of Commercial bands, ±220MHz. They will not work unless connected to a "Trunked Radio Network" (we use Fleetcall). This may be compared to a cellular network - without the infrastructure, your cell phone will not work. There is no means of converting them to conventional VHF radios. They date back from late 80s - early 90s.
But, if you have a requirement where you need to talk from CT to Polokwane, this will work for you, once connected to Fleetcall's system.

Re: Hulp benodig met FM Antenna asb
Unfortunately not. It needs the "infrasructure".
The radios can *only* work on a trunked radio system, not ion the conventional mode.
