40Amp Circuit Braker
Has anyone used one of these circuit breakers.It is an automatic breaker.The way I understand it is that if there is a short it will break the circuit and when the short is fixed it will have a flow of electricity.
Has anyone used it and is it any good.

Ek gebruik van hulle maar die wat ek in het is daar n ¨reset¨knoppie teen die kant. Vir my yskaste gebruik ek gewone 220v breakers maar die kleintjies en dit werk baie goed.

Ek het ook gedink hy moet reset knoppie hê. Het die sample gekry maar ons het geen idee hoe die ding werk nie

In my Campmaster batteryboks is so 'n ding ingebou. Hy het nog nie ge"trip" nie so ek weet nie of hy werk nie... Maar hy is daar...

Maybe has a bi-metal strip, when current is within range it stays closed and connecting circuit, when current rises one of the metals heats up and reacts, opening the contacts, on cooling the reverse happens.

As jy meer as 40A(in die geval) trek, breek die kontak binne agv hitte. Soos dit afkoel (omdat geen stroom nou vloei nie) maak die kontak weer kontak, en stroom vloei weer.
