Help: IEF Spare Wheel Carrier Price?

I need some help please. What would a fair price be for an IEF (or I see they are Outback Extreme these days) Bolt On Spare Wheel Carrier be? I am having the full-on Burnco Bumper/Swingarm fitted to my Fortuner and there is a gentleman interested in the one I am taking off. I don't want to rob him but don't want to do myself in either. OE says the new ones cost R11 700?!?!?!

It is the one where your rear bumper stays as is and they just bolt it on. I have asked Hein give it a nice re-coat too so that it at least looks nice too.

So, fair price to sell a good nic bolt on spare wheel carrier????
