It might work
I'm sure I would have to drill the hole out more, and then the 6mm hole for the pipe would need to be drilled too....

The brackets I'm getting made are stainless steel and all the holes are done so there is no extra work to be done its all laser cut....
Will see if i need to clean the edges but doubt it due to the bracket being made from 1.6mm plate.... ;-)

I will have a look into the brackets from 4x4direct, I may still have some at home....

Update

The supplier of the kit did not manage to get to me today as they had a breakdown with the delivery vehicle that had my stock on it... :frustrated:
So i have been told i will have the stock tomorrow morning....
I will pack up the kits tomorrow evening and take some pics.... Then all i will be waiting for is the brackets which will be delivered to me on Tuesday...
So i will be able to start sorting out the cost for postage tomorrow, once i have the price of postage i will post it on the forum....

The rest of the guys that are collecting their kits they sould be ready by wednesday next week....

This is the first order of kits that i am putting together to there are issues that i needed to sort out, orders from now on should run smoothly in the future.....

Thanks to all of you for being patient and understanding....

After you installed the system, just check that brass filter often as they tend to clog quite easily

Thanks Cas I will make a note of that on the instructions....
When installed correctly this kit will have the brass filter up side down with a loop of tubing above it to try limit moisture and dirt from getting into it...

They proper pnumatic polyurethane tubing that they use is the mining industry and are subject to some of the harshest enviroments in the mines and on the surface in the sun all day.... They have good flexibility too...
I will rather fit this than rubber hose due to the fact that they dont kink as easy and as i have been told they will outlast rubber tube....

I did my homework when looking into these systems...

Boy am I ticked off now.....
Ok so yesterday I get the brackets....
Didn't have time at work to check them but they looked awsum....
I get home and after looking at them i decide to measure them up cos something doesn't look right....
They made the wrong brackets.... :frustrated: :frustrated: :frustrated:
The brackets they made was my first design and will still work but not the way they supposed to....
I sent them the 2nd drawing the day before I placed the order and when i placed the order i told them their quote number which was linked to the NEW DESIGN.... :slap: :slap:
Somewhere along the line they mixed up the drawings..... :frustrated: :frustrated: :frustrated:

So here we have it....

I will get the new brackets asap but in the time being the kits can be used with the old bracket....
JUST MOUNT USING ONE MOUNTING HOLE NOT TWO.....
Then when the proper brackets get to me i will send them off to you guys and you can just change the brackets....

I'm sorry about the stuff up and assure you that it wont happen again... :beg: :beg:
These are the first 10 kits and there are teathing problems but they will be sorted out at NO extra cost to you guys at all.... :boss:

Hey Johno

I have just been to busy to pick up a kit! If I don't organize to pick one up during the weekend and next week, you may need to bring it with to the next Fundi!

Thanks!
